Have you ever felt as if you were flying so high
That you could more than touch the sky?
I could ride a cloud, into your heart, and I feel so proud, you'll never tear me apart
Can you feel, the stitches that have been sown?
I know you'll never leave me alone
Alone to die, but never free,
Because you'd die in front me
Because then we'll never be meant to be
Star crossed lovers, you and me
One day, they'll all agree
They'll take the time, to stop and see
That we're truly meant to be
The one day you'll get down on one knee
And we'll write our own symphony…
Forever
Flying so high we'd touch the sky…

My Special Friend . . .
Gray and white, with big pink ears,
Little nose moving, his beautiful long tail;
Once in a while, a squeak;
A soft friend, with eccentric detail
He dashes across the cage,
As we play hide-and-seek,
Itching and twitching,
He pokes from his house to take a peek.
The small jerky movements;
Yet so full of delight,
If you stick your finger in the cage,
He licks you like a cat, and wouldn't dare bite!
I hold him every day,
We play games with cheer,
He tells me that he's happy,
By whispering 'tsk' noises in my ear!
The best part of all about my little friend,
Some people have allergies,
